Short version: Use Sketchy freely for personal and commercial projects. Don't abuse the service or process images you have no right to. We provide it as-is with no warranty. Your converted SVG output belongs to you.
By accessing or using Sketchy at sketchy.runtime-hub.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Sketchy is a free, browser-based tool that converts raster images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, BMP) into SVG files. All processing is performed client-side within your web browser. RuntimeZero does not host, store, or process any images you use with the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are permitted to use Sketchy to convert images for personal, educational, and non-commercial projects, commercial projects including client work and products you sell, open source or publicly distributed software, and any other lawful purpose. There are no restrictions on the number of conversions you may perform.

The SVG files generated by Sketchy are derived from images you provide. RuntimeZero claims no ownership, licence, or intellectual property rights over any output you produce using the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the source image you convert. Converting a copyrighted image to SVG format does not transfer, create, or extinguish any intellectual property rights in the underlying content.
The Sketchy web application — including its HTML, CSS, JavaScript source code, visual design, and branding — is the intellectual property of RuntimeZero. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the application itself without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RuntimeZero makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of SVG output, uninterrupted availability of the Service, or the absence of bugs or errors.
SVG conversion is an approximation of the source image — results will vary depending on input image type, complexity, and selected settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RuntimeZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. RuntimeZero's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed €10 (ten euros) or the equivalent in your local currency.
The Service incorporates third-party services including advertising and hosting providers. Your use of these embedded services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RuntimeZero is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
RuntimeZero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted at this URL.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which RuntimeZero is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
